CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Now Software, a Columbus-area based technology company, is seeking individuals with strong technical and people skills to provide technical support and customer service for our current and future product offerings.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining a high level of expertise about Now Software products
  • Assisting customers over the phone
  • Answering written support ticket requests through our online ticketing system
  • Documenting all issues and customer interactions
  • Working with other departments, sharing information about common issues, sales opportunities, etc.
  • Supporting the QA department with testing and trouble-shooting as needed

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Apple Macintosh and Microsoft Windows background
  • Customer service or call center experience is preferred
  • Experience with desktop software including Microsoft Office, email and web clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patience and a sincere desire to help people
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
